Competitions at The Boulders The rules of the promotion/promotional competition The competition is conducted by Primedia Lifestyle (Pty) Limited; registration number: 2000/025493/07) on behalf of The Boulders Shopping Centre. The competition is open for anyone over the age of 16 years or older. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they have a valid diver's license for the bike. The Promoter, its affiliates, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, nominated agents and dealers will not be offering any kind of assistance to the whether financial or otherwise towards the license. The winner will need to take the scooter to Puzey Motorcycles so that the battery is installed. The winner will have to make and pay for their own transport arrangements. The battery will be installed at no cost to the winner. No director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, promoter, supplier or anybody directly or indirectly involved in this competition and any spouse, life partner, immediate family member, business partner or associate of such person is allowed to participate. The competition runs from 02 December 2011 to 31 November 2012. No late entries will be accepted. To enter the competition participants need to go to the Lower Level at The Boulders Shopping Centre, where they will spot the scooter displayed. Each month there will be a different colour scooter displayed. They will then have to sms their name, ID number and the colour of the scooter displayed to 49273. A person can only win once in the 12months of the competition. The winner will be randomly drawn and the draw will take place on the 5th of every month. The judges' decision is final. The prize-winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone, by no later than 10th of every month. The prize will be presented in the form of a Riverside Mall gift voucher which will be limited to R2000 per month. This scooter must be collected by the winner on the 30th of the month or the last day of the month. The total number of scooters that will be given away is 12 over a 12 month period. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless the Promoter cannot provide the prize for whatever reason, in which case the prize offered, at the discretion of the Promoter, will be of equal monetary value to the initial prize. The winner(s) agree to accept the prize as is, at their own risk. In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner. Participants and winner absolve the Promoter, its affiliates, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, nominated agents and dealers from liability from any and all claims howsoever arising, including from willful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any such person. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without recourse. By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these official rules. The Promoter's decision regarding any matter arising out of the competition shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition you agree that the Promoter may contact you on any calendar day and at any time to advice you on specific promotions or events.
